One of the most important skills anyone can learn is Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). Knowing how to perform CPR can save someone's life, and it's a skill that everyone should have. Our goal is to teach CPR to as many people as possible, making sure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to perform CPR in an emergency. By spreading awareness about the importance of CPR and offering training sessions, we can work towards achieving this goal and help create a safer and more prepared community.

Hi! I am Mary McMullen, DNP, RN, CCRN. I have been a nurse for over 15 years, working in all areas including ICU, Neurology, Medical, Surgical, and most recently as a professor of nursing at a local University. Teaching & Nursing are 2 of my favorite things and being able to put them together to help others is a blessing. Nursing is so important to me that I continued my education obtaining my doctorate degree & critical care certification. I love the thought of sharing basic lifesaving skills with others & hope to meet you soon.
